About The Workshop
Step into the future of work with confidence! This dynamic workshop gives you the chance to sharpen the human skills that AI can’t replace—like communication, problem-solving, and resilience. Through hands-on activities and real-world challenges, you’ll discover how to stand out, stay adaptable, and unlock new opportunities in an AI-powered world.
Program Details
The purpose of this program is to help participants develop the five core habits of human skills that matter most in the AI era—resilience, empathy, curiosity, communication, and critical thinking. The program prepares students and workforce participants to stand out in any workplace, build confidence, and thrive alongside technology. The 2025 workshops begin soon at the MassHire Worcester Career Center! Upcoming workshop dates include:
- Thursday, October 30th, 2025 from 1pm – 3:30pm
- Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 from 1pm – 3:30pm
- Monday, November 10th, 2025 from 1pm – 3:30pm
With 6 interactive modules per session, participants will engage in hands-on group activities, real-world case studies, and reflection exercises designed to strengthen the programs five core habits. Each session will offer the same experience, so selected participants will only participate in one workshop session.
Location: MassHire Central Career Center Worcester
Hours: 2.5 hours per session
