We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to both of our businesses. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage and schedule meetings, classes, and events, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence, responding to inquiries and maintaining professional communication.
- Website Updates: Make minor updates to the company website, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Marketing Support: Community management, basic content scheduling, marketing material preparation, and coordinating with our marketing company
- Office Management: Manage and order office supplies, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, gathering data, and ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Bookkeeping Support: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
