Responsibilities:

  • Complete a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and projects within the facility.
  • Perform light carpentry projects including interior trim, doors, flooring, and windows.
  • Perform a wide variety of general handyman work including gutter cleaning, installing bathroom exhaust fans, installing window blinds, mailbox installation, etc.
  • Complete light electrical projects including outlet replacement, lighting fixture installation, ceiling fan installation, etc.
  • Patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim or other requested areas.
  • Assess and identify areas that need maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or construction.
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information: The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have a passion for fixing things. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to follow safety procedures and regulations.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
