As a Project Control Lead for Biotechnologies Capital Projects, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial, schedule, and performance aspects of capital projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and control throughout all phases of project execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, procurement specialists, and finance professionals to ensure project objectives are met within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
~ Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
~ Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and/or SAP or others.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
~ Proven track record of successfully managing project budgets, schedules, and risks.
~ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards governing pharmaceutical capital projects.
~ PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
