Sous Chef Duties:
~ Work closely with the Executive Chef.
~ Demonstrate creative and advanced food preparation for all menu items.
~ May oversee all kitchen operations and supervise staff.
~ Use advanced kitchen equipment.
~ Ensure facility is clean and organized.
~ Maintain operation’s food safety and sanitation procedures.
~ Participate in other task assignments.
~ Be able to lift, carry, push/pull 25+ lbs.

Qualifications:
~ Food safety certification or equivalent knowledge.
~ Allergen certification is a plus.
