Free Automotive Collision Repair Program

Transform vehicles and careers with expert training in Automotive Collision Repair.

Class starts September 2024

This course is designed to upskill adult learners in the Automotive Repair & Refinishing Field. Bay Path’s automotive collision instructor will provide students with the skills and IRCs (Industry Recognized Credentials) needed to obtain at least an entry-level position in local collision repair shops. This course will provide students with classroom and hands-on learning in topics such as: vehicle identification, damage assessment, damage appraisal reading, blueprinting a repair plan, disassembly/re-assembly aided by All-Data, scratch/dent paint defect repair, and collision repair, structural and non-structural repair, refinishing, rubber/plastic bumper repair, ADAS-Advanced Driver-Assistance System.

During the course, students will also earn Industry Recognized Credentials such as: OSHA 10, Life Certification, and ICAR intro series.

Additionally, students will receive training and guidance with the application processes including resume-building and interviewing skills.

  • September 2024 – March 2025
  • Mondays and Wednesdays
    • 5pm to 9pm
  • Participants are eligible to receive stipends based on completion of the program and gaining employment
