
Free HVAC Training Program
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
Class starts September 2025
HVAC training equips individuals with the skills to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, encompassing electrical systems, refrigeration principles, ductwork, and troubleshooting techniques. In this program, you will able to earn credentials such as Oil Burner Tech, EPA 608, and OSHA 10.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- September 2025 – March 2026
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- 5pm to 9pm
- Participants are eligible to receive stipends based on completion of the program and gaining employment
- In-person training located at Bay Path High School
- 57 Old Muggett Hill Road, Charlton, MA 01507
STUDENTS MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE
- Free tuition

- Technology needed for class

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
- Massachusetts Resident
- Unemployed or underemployed
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
- Looking to work in the HVAC field

Application Process:
1. Eligibility Review – We’ll review your application to confirm you meet the program’s requirements.
2. TABE Test – If you’re eligible, you’ll be invited to schedule a Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). Please note: you must also be a registered member of MassHire JobQuest to move forward.
3. Interview – If your TABE test scores meet the program criteria, you’ll be referred to Bay Path for an in-person interview.
4. Final Decisions – All applicants will be notified of final decisions by the first week of September.
