Behavior Technician Training

Summit Agency is offering FREE Behavior Technician Training. Funded by the City of Worcester ARPA funds. Classes begin March 18th.

Trainees will participate in 5 weeks of training and preparation to take the Registered Behavior Technician exam. A Registered Behavior Technician supports and implements a client behavior plan under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst. An RBT works in the home and community settings with children and young adults with autism to improve communication, social skills, and positive behavior while reducing negative behavior. Make a positive impact while building a care-giving career.

Registered Behavior Technicians are in demand! Starting Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. Local companies are actively seeking qualified job candidates.
