This page is for employers willing to hire candidates who have recently immigrated to the Central Mass area (includes Worcester and Southbridge and certain designated surrounding cities) and have limited English language skills, but may be fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese among other languages.

Looking for some extra help with seeking candidates for a specific position? MassHire Central Career Center offers assistance from our Recruitment Team to match candidates to your open job positions. Please note this service is not offered to staffing agencies, or for any part-time jobs.

If your business is interested in coming to the career center to host a recruitment for any job openings you have, we are happy to provide blocks of time in one of our rooms where you can talk and screen potential candidates at no cost. For these requests we ask for 2-3 weeks advance notice so we can properly market and advertise to job seekers.
