SERVING THOSE WHO SERVED
MassHire is proud to recognize and honor those who served in the Armed Forces of the United States by offering Priority of Service to our veterans.
The Career Center offers assistance with job search, career planning, career training, resume services, access to computers and the internet, workshops, tailored support, and referrals to partner agencies. These services are provided to all eligible veterans and eligible spouses. To determine eligibility please contact the Veteran Employment Representative at the Career Center nearest you.
You can become a MassHire Career Center member by filling out an on-site application, complete a Job Quest registration online, and attending a brief Career Center Seminar. Contact a Veterans’ Representative and bring a copy of your dd-214. If you no longer have one in your possession you will receive assistance with obtaining one.
WHAT COMES NEXT?
You will receive assistance developing an informal Personal Employment Plan. This plan is an individual strategy designed to help you reach your employment goals. It is an inclusive flexible plan with specific steps to complete that will result in a job, self-employment, or training and education in a vocational goal that you choose.

The Central Massachusetts Veterans’ Coalition
The Central Massachusetts Veterans’ Coalition was established in 1994. The Coalition is a formal networking opportunity for veteran service providers at the local, state, federal and private levels to share and gather information that can benefit veterans, spouses and families, and also provide support to similar organizations.
We have gathered a list of resources exclusively for job seekers aiding in areas such as job search and labor market information among other topics.
