About the MassHire Central Career Centers

We bring you the best of our community’s employment and training resources in two central locations: Worcester and Southbridge. As a federally and state-funded Massachusetts One-Stop Career Center, we provide services for both job seekers and employers. The City of Worcester Division of Workforce Development operates the Career Center in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Career Services.

SERVICE DELIVERY AREA

MassHire Worcester Career Center covers the cities and towns of: Blackstone, Boylston, Grafton, Holden, Hopedale, Leicester, Mendon, Milford, Millville, Northborough, Northbridge, Paxton, Rutland, Shrewsbury, Upton, Uxbridge, West Boylston, Westborough, and Worcester.

MassHire Southbridge Career Center covers the cities and towns of: Auburn, Brookfield, Charlton, Douglas, Dudley, East Brookfield, Hardwick, Millbury, New Braintree, North Brookfield, Oakham, Oxford, Southbridge, Spencer, Sturbridge, Sutton, Warren, Webster, and West Brookfield.

We are a part of the Massachusetts One-Stop Career Centers network, comprised of more than 30 Centers statewide. The One-Stop Career Centers are a nationwide workforce development program funded by the United States Department of Labor.
