In-Person Workshop: Maximize Your Maturity

Often older workers anticipate age bias and discrimination. This workshop focuses on three key components: the value older workers bring to any organization, how to show that age related stereotypes don’t describe you, and strategies for addressing and overcoming age bias.

This workshop is held twice monthly, with in-person and virtual options.
