RESEA Review

The following components are MANDATORY requirements and must be submitted no later than one hour prior to your RESEA Review appointment.

IMPORTANT: Failure to submit these on time can result in your meeting being rescheduled, and/or non-attainment of your RESEA Review goals.

Reminder!! You have an Interim Goal that was established at your Initial RESEA Review meeting. This is due BEFORE your RESEA Review meeting.

First, you must complete your Labor Market Research in your JobQuest Career Action Plan, if you have not already done so. You may alternatively complete a Labor Market Research worksheet, included in the form below.

Next, fill out the form below. This form includes all the required documentation for you to attain your RESEA Review.

To start the form, scroll to the bottom of this page and click Continue. When you are done, your submitted documents will be sent to your employment counselor.
