Positions Available
Pay: $21.90 – $42.50 per hour
Setup, operate, and verify industrial machine tools (LPBF additive printers, vacuum furnaces, ultrasonic cleaning, media blast, EDM, CNC mills). Perform general maintenance, cleaning, inventory control, ERP documentation, and support production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor equipment per production work orders and instructions
- Prepare work for processing; load/unload fixtures and baskets
- Inspect, measure, and document features as indicated
- Transfer material to inter-department operations as needed
- Report process changes to supervisor
- Resolve documentation/record/count discrepancies and follow up
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement teams
- Perform housekeeping and 6S implementation
- Promote safety and enforce H&S and quality policies
- Perform general maintenance and support Production as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years heavy manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Physically able to perform duties and lift up to 60 lbs
- Willing/able to complete forklift operator training
- Ability to read documents, screens, and files

- Associate degree or higher
- Knowledge of Import/Export Compliance, Customs documentation, ITAR, Incoterms beneficial

Pay: $29.80 – $43.65 per hour
Support manufacturing facility and CNC/post-processing equipment to ensure optimal machine uptime and facility functionality. Cross-functional support may include manufacturing maintenance and shipping/receiving. Weekday day shift: Mon-Wed and every other Thu, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve uptime, reliability, and efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance planners and manufacturing to build weekly proactive maintenance schedules with detailed job plans
- Troubleshoot and repair subtractive and post-processing equipment by disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling components
- Install, overhaul, and maintain electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to guide troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
- Diagnose root causes of malfunctions and perform corrective actions
- Safely dismantle and reassemble machinery to replace/repair components
- Operate hand and power tools for electrical, mechanical, and metalworking tasks
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance personnel
- Comply with OSHA safety standards and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on experience in CNC equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures and general machine safety protocols
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting facility and machine maintenance operations
Preferred:
- 10-hour OSHA Safety Certification
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment

Operate and set up CNC lathes and mills (including live tooling) to support production. Machines include FANUC, DMG MORI, and Okuma controls. Weekday days shift: Mon-Wed and every other Thu, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC lathes and 3/4-axis mills: work holding, kitting tools, touching off/establishing offsets, first article inspection
- Read manufacturing drawings and follow process sheets and programs
- Inspect parts during production for dimensional and visual quality
- Monitor equipment and tooling; report and respond to breakdowns or disruptions
- Use presetter/offline tool offset systems and quick-change tooling when applicable
- Support and train junior team members; interface with Quality and Engineering
- Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience with 3 and 4 CNC milling centers and live-tooling lathes (Fanuc, DMG MORI, Okuma)
- Proficient reading blueprints and understanding GD&T
- Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with ability to follow and enforce H&S and quality procedures
Preferred:
- Graduate of Advanced Machine Technology course
- Knowledge of 5S/6S

Prepare metallic samples for engineering evaluation and part-process qualification at the Devens, MA facility. Lab work involves moving mechanical equipment and chemicals, including acids. Weekday overnight shift: Mon-Fri, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform metallographic sample preparation: sectioning, grinding, polishing, etching, and imaging
- Prepare samples for engineering analysis, process qualification, and technical reporting
- Document and communicate results accurately to Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, and other technical teams
- Operate, inspect, clean, and maintain lab equipment; perform preventative maintenance and report equipment or process issues

Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time for the Finance team at the Devens, MA facility. Manage high-volume invoice workflows, maintain vendor relationships, and work with other teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Accounts Payable operations: invoice processing, General Ledger coding, and validation
- Process ACH, wire, and check payments and maintain vendor payment schedules
- Maintain accurate, complete vendor master data
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve purchase order and receipt discrepancies with internal teams
- Follow AP controls and company accounting procedures; support month-end close and audits

Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet precision, safety, and customer quality requirements in a metal additive manufacturing environment. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. Weekend days shift: Fri-Sun and every other Thu, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform First Article and routine part inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and advanced inspection equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T to verify materials, processes, and finished parts
- Develop and validate inspection and test methods; help write SOPs and inspection protocols
- Initiate nonconformance reports and support Material Review Board disposition and corrective actions
- Monitor, analyze, and report product quality metrics
- Support AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 compliance through audits, gap analyses, and continuous improvement
- Investigate and troubleshoot product and production issues with Operations
- Manage daily priorities independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- 3+ years performing part inspections in medical device, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing

- Experience with First Article Inspections, Test Method Validation, and AQL sampling

Own quality strategy and execution for customer programs in the Aerospace & Defense business unit. Set the technical standard for quality systems and process control, build quality into programs from the start, and mentor the quality engineers supporting them. Standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality engineering for designated product lines, from initial validation through steady-state production
- Lead process validation and verification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new product introductions and line expansions
- Investigate complex nonconformances (NCRs), lead Material Review Boards (MRBs), and drive CAPAs to eliminate systemic failure modes
- Deploy and monitor SPC, define critical-to-quality (CTQ) metrics, and optimize metrology and testing protocols
- Author, review, and approve quality system documentation (DHFs, DMRs, DHRs) to maintain audit readiness
- Partner with Manufacturing, Process, and Machine Engineering on proactive quality controls and design-for-manufacturability
- Coach and review the work of junior quality engineers and inspection technicians
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive quality engineering experience in highly regulated advanced manufacturing
- Proven mastery of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), process capability studies, and risk management tools (DFMEA/PFMEA)
- Hands-on experience under AS9100 or ISO 13485 quality management systems
- Familiarity with metal alloys, metallurgy, precision machining, or metal additive manufacturing
Preferred:
- Aerospace & defense experience (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- ASQ certification (CQE, CRE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
