Positions Available

Pay: $21.90 – $42.50 per hour

VulcanForms – developer of industrial-scale laser metal additive manufacturing solutions. We deliver end-to-end production combining additive manufacturing, precision machining, and advanced digital infrastructure in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Setup, operate, and verify industrial machine tools (LPBF additive printers, vacuum furnaces, ultrasonic cleaning, media blast, EDM, CNC mills). Perform general maintenance, cleaning, inventory control, ERP documentation, and support production in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor equipment per production work orders and instructions
  • Prepare work for processing; load/unload fixtures and baskets
  • Inspect, measure, and document features as indicated
  • Transfer material to inter-department operations as needed
  • Report process changes to supervisor
  • Resolve documentation/record/count discrepancies and follow up
  • Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement teams
  • Perform housekeeping and 6S implementation
  • Promote safety and enforce H&S and quality policies
  • Perform general maintenance and support Production as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years heavy manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Physically able to perform duties and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Willing/able to complete forklift operator training
  • Ability to read documents, screens, and files

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Knowledge of Import/Export Compliance, Customs documentation, ITAR, Incoterms beneficial
  • Knowledge of 6S

Compensation:

  • Level 1: $21.90 – $30.12/hr
  • Level 2: $24.47 – $33.65/hr
  • Level 3: $30.91 – $42.50/hr

Pay: $29.80 – $43.65 per hour

VulcanForms – developer of industrial-scale laser metal additive manufacturing solutions. Support facility and equipment uptime in a clean, climate-controlled precision manufacturing environment.

Support manufacturing facility and CNC/post-processing equipment to ensure optimal machine uptime and facility functionality. Cross-functional support may include manufacturing maintenance and shipping/receiving. Weekday day shift: Mon-Wed and every other Thu, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve uptime, reliability, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with maintenance planners and manufacturing to build weekly proactive maintenance schedules with detailed job plans
  • Troubleshoot and repair subtractive and post-processing equipment by disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling components
  • Install, overhaul, and maintain electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to guide troubleshooting and repairs
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Diagnose root causes of malfunctions and perform corrective actions
  • Safely dismantle and reassemble machinery to replace/repair components
  • Operate hand and power tools for electrical, mechanical, and metalworking tasks
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance personnel
  • Comply with OSHA safety standards and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in CNC equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures and general machine safety protocols
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting facility and machine maintenance operations

Preferred:

  • 10-hour OSHA Safety Certification
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting
  • Use of required safety protection when applicable
  • Comfortable working around machinery in a controlled industrial environment
  • Able to perform physical maintenance tasks

Compensation:

  • Level 2: $29.80 – $40.98/hr
  • Level 3: $31.74 – $43.65/hr

Pay: $24.00 – $38.00 per hour

VulcanForms – developer of industrial-scale laser metal additive manufacturing solutions. We produce precision parts combining additive manufacturing and advanced precision machining in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

About the Role:

Operate and set up CNC lathes and mills (including live tooling) to support production. Machines include FANUC, DMG MORI, and Okuma controls. Weekday days shift: Mon-Wed and every other Thu, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up CNC lathes and 3/4-axis mills: work holding, kitting tools, touching off/establishing offsets, first article inspection
  • Read manufacturing drawings and follow process sheets and programs
  • Inspect parts during production for dimensional and visual quality
  • Monitor equipment and tooling; report and respond to breakdowns or disruptions
  • Use presetter/offline tool offset systems and quick-change tooling when applicable
  • Support and train junior team members; interface with Quality and Engineering
  • Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience with 3 and 4 CNC milling centers and live-tooling lathes (Fanuc, DMG MORI, Okuma)
  • Proficient reading blueprints and understanding GD&T
  • Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with ability to follow and enforce H&S and quality procedures

Preferred:

  • Graduate of Advanced Machine Technology course
  • Knowledge of 5S/6S

Compensation:

  • Level II: $24.00 – $33.00 / hr
  • Level III: $28.00 – $38.00 / hr
