This role supports the assembly and testing of electrical and mechanical components used in control panels and equipment. The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for building wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and mechanical sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, as well as completing final point-to-point wiring based on schematics and wire run lists. This position delivers high-quality electrical instruction and supports student learning and career readiness. The Electrical Instructor is responsible for teaching technical content, mentoring students, and incorporating feedback and ongoing training into instruction. Teaching experience is not required; training is provided. Candidates must have at least three years of electrical experience, hold a valid Massachusetts Electrical Master or Journeyman License (E, A, or B), demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills.
