Initial RESEA Review

The following components are MANDATORY requirements and must be submitted no later than one hour prior to your Initial RESEA Review appointment.

IMPORTANT: Failure to submit these on time can result in your meeting being rescheduled, and/or non-attainment of your Initial RESEA Review goals.

Please note: You will be required to show your picture ID on camera at your Initial RESEA Review meeting.

First, you must complete your JobQuest registration and Career Action Plan. After logging in to JobQuest, click on “Start Your CAP”, then complete the steps Identify Targeted Occupation, Research Job Market, and Needs Assessment.

Next, fill out the form below. This form includes all the required documentation for you to attain your Initial RESEA Review.

To start the form, scroll to the bottom of this page and click Continue. When you are done, your submitted documents will be sent to your employment counselor.
