  • Behavior Technician Training

    Summit Agency, funded by Worcester ARPA, offers a free 40 hour training starting in March to prepare for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam. RBTs support individuals with autism, earning $22–$25/hr, with strong local job demand.

  • 7D Van & School Bus Driver Training

    Free one-day training with DOT physical covered. Students pay RMV fees. Wages start at $23.52/hr. Must be 21+, live in Worcester, have a HS diploma/GED, valid MA license (3+ years), and pass background, drug, and driving checks.
