It is a highly rewarding role, which requires someone to have strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills.

Apprentices in this program take 15 weeks of free classes, which will begin in early June. Some classes take place online, and there are 7 weeks of in-person classes that meet in Burlington, MA. After classes, apprentices start 1 year of full-time paid work with a biopharmaceutical company.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship. No science background is required. This program is designed for those who do not have extensive prior experience or education in biotech.
