You’re eligible if you live in Massachusetts and any one of these is true:
- You are or were justice-involved
- An immediate family member is or was justice-involved
- You are currently unemployed
- You are low-income
Also required:
- 18 or older
- Massachusetts resident
- Not on the sex offender registry
- No DUI in the past 7 years
