Bay Path CTI is no longer accepting applications.

Free job training programs for eligible jobseekers in Massachusetts.

All programs are held in person, in the evening, at Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School in Charlton.

To qualify, applicants must be 18 or older, be a Massachusetts resident, authorized to work in the U.S., unemployed or underemployed, and meet income eligibility guidelines. Read more about the eligibility requirements.

NOTE: If you have completed a CTI Program in the past, you are NOT eligible to participate in another training.

Application Process

1. Eligibility Review – We’ll review your eligibility, and if you qualify, we’ll reach out with next steps. If you don’t hear from us, no further action is needed. Please note: you must be a member of the career center to move forward.

2. TABE Test – If you’re eligible, you’ll be invited to schedule a Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). Bay Path requires that all students meet a minimum grade level in order to participate. (TABE Preparation Tips)

3. Interview – If your test scores meet the program criteria, you’ll be referred to Bay Path for an in-person interview.

4. Final Decisions – Bay Path makes the acceptance decisions. All applicants will be notified of final decisions by the first week of September.
